Course description

Introductory course that explores how scientific concepts may impact an individual's daily life. Topics: how energy is transformed/transported; role of photosynthesis and respiration in global climate change; genetic inheritance; evolution by natural selection; role of environmental factors in shaping global societal development; and sustainability. Lab.
