Course description

This course explores the application of technical and agricultural knowledge in agrisales, emphasizing both conventional and direct selling approaches. Students will learn to identify and meet customer needs through the need-satisfaction selling method, while developing skills tailored to rural and urban customers. The course includes planning and conducting informational meetings, exhibiting at farm and trade shows, and understanding the strategic differences in sales techniques across diverse cultural, geographic, and demographic markets. Students will also gain hands-on experience in crafting and delivering effective agrisales presentations that resonate with varied audiences and selling environments.
